When you're short staffed, the managers must step up. In addition the Poplar and 13th Street location has the worst female "manager" always makes excuses for shitty food and service. Old pizza sitting under warming lights for an hour- when I pay 30 for a medium pizza on door dash it shouldn't suck this bad!! Won't be ordering again
I had an issue with my delivery and called. The guy who answered the phone was very pleasant and gave me a credit. Thank you!
