Excellent customer service
Kirk is a horrible person. I will never come back as long as he's working there. I see and hear him yell at his employees every time I go there and if he's not yelling he's just standing there doing nothing and not helping his employees when its crazy busy. Kirk is a horrible manager, employee, and person ever. I just cannot keep going and not say anything about his character. I feel bad for anyone that has to work under him.
I’ve worked in fast food before—a pizza place, actually—so I try to give people grace. But the customer service here is consistently bad. Every time I pick up an order, they move so slow and act like I’m inconveniencing them. What’s the point of having a drive-thru if no one uses or checks it? Then we end up standing in the lobby waiting for an order that’s already made. I’ve even tipped the Black guy with the dreads before, despite his attitude.
