I went to pick up my order for my wife and i to have with our movie i get home with the order to have the wrong pizza Then have to go back and wait for a new pizza to be made and it taste fine but is ridiculous cause my pizza had holes in it. Im upset that i had to waste a half hour replacing my pizza and made it so i have less time with the wife
I ordered at 2:55pm on a Sunday and I had great service. Thanks for making my afternoon a good one.
Never got pizza but was charged. Customer service is a complete joke. Avoid this store if possible Response: that’s great but still haven’t been refunded for the order that I was charged for but never received
I ordered Sunday 9:23am because it said they were the only option for pizza open at that time. Its Monday 10am and still no pizza. It turns out they are completely closed. Out of business? Short staff? I dont know? It shows open on Google. Forget about the refund. I have to wait until it open again and a manager refunds my order.
