Much better than my first experience several months ago. Was very good this time . Have to edit because the management has changed. There is NO sense of urgency or any positive people here anymore.
Ordered 3 hand tossed pizzas and ended up having one of them with thin crust.
The chick in the red yoga pants and black and white converse had a crappy attitude. She seemed bothered to be there. The rest of the crew seemed friendly. I swore food service workers weren't allowed to wear that type of clothing. Looking at the reviews before leaving this one I see it's an on going thing. Sounds like a management problem to me. I'll never come to this location again. Hope your higher ups see this!
HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!!
Ensure to check your pizza before leaving for pickup. Ordered a Tavern Pepperoni Duo extra cupped pepperoni, got home, and only one type of pepperoni was on there (not even double). Also severely overcooked. I got a half apology and almost didn’t get a refund until I pressed for a receipt… Use a different Pizza Hut
