Might as well be buying bread, hardly any sauce or cheese on pizza from a recent order we placed.
Where do I begin… I seem to have an issue with this location each time I attempt to see if they’ve gotten better (hint: they haven’t). This last trip was my final attempt. Ordered the pizza, picked up pizza, realized when we got home they had made the pizza incorrectly. We call and inform them of the error, thinking this would be enough time for them to remake it and it be ready when we return to give them the incorrect pizza and give us the correct one. ***Edited*** Nothing but perfect help from Pizza Hut Support and nothing but perfect, hot, tasty food from Pizza Hut. I received an incorrect order (wrong item). I requested a redelivery and was assured it would happen. It never did and I was not given a refund. Now I am forced to escalate this up to my bank. This is I’d say the 5th time I have had this issue with this particular pizza hut.
