Unfortunately I experienced some pretty rude customer service here. I placed an online order for in store pickup and when I was waiting inside for my food I had a huge urge to use the restroom quickly. I asked the lady upfront politely if I could please use the restroom. She said no. I then asked again politely “please I just need to use your restroom quickly.
