Complete failure. Ordered online, does not allow you to order ASAP. Ordered at 6 PM, website says it will be there at 7:00. Get online tracking. A little while later it updates to 7:00 to 7:15. At 7:00 it updates to 8:15 to 8:30 I call the restaurant asking about the order I placed at 6 PM, he corrects me saying 'it was a timed order for 7:00' - I had to inform him the website only allows timed orders, and that 8:15 is still very late. Very unprofessional took 2 hours to deliver my food left my kids hungry all this time while waiting unprofessional won’t be ordering again
