I get that it was a hot day in the area. Lots of carry out orders. But after 45 minutes and we had to ask to be waited on for drinks. Then it took another 45 minutes for our food to come out. Just wow...
Last visit: Our waiter Michael was excellent! He was friendly, courteous and checked on us to see if we needed anything which doesn't always happen when we've been waited on at some of your locations. If you offer a bonus or other types of rewards I'd highly recommend that you give it to Michael!! The food was excellent as well. Our server Livia was very nice. They were very attentive and quick to help. We always get the Big New Yorker and it’s great!
