Ordered through the app as I always do. Tn when my order arrived, I find a hair in my food as I’m just starting to eat it’s not mine I have long BROWN HAIR my husband has medium BROWN hair my daughter has long BROWN hair. This hair is short and BLACK. When I called to get a refund because truly lost my appetite they say it wouldn’t be till Thursday when the GM is in and is allowed to issue refunds. Came in for a door dash to be picked up at 7:36. At 7:49 I cancelled the order. Staff was unfriendly. Prep guy touching food without gloves. 4 other dashers came in after me and left before me. When asked how long it should take, I was told “I don’t know”. Bad service and bad attitude. It was a single stuffed crust and an order of chicken bites. Get it together!
I work in the same plaza. There’s literally someone new with a piss poor attitude every time I go there. Trash location honestly
Pizza was really dry there was no sauce and the guy on the phone was rude I will post pictures of you want dry food this is the go to spot
