Our delivery order was messed up. They messed up one item, forgot an item, and forgot add ons all of which was paid for. When I called the store I was on hold for over 10 minutes before someone finally answered and she offered to fix it by sending the correct items out with another driver. Perfect. Except an hour goes by and we have nothing. I call the store again and I’m hold for over 30 minutes just for someone at the store to pick up the phone and hang up without speaking to me. Breadsticks are delicious as always. IDK if it's me or if things have changed, but the pan pizza doesn't have that same flavor/texture. It's gummy and the crust isn't crisp.

Always mess up my food and charge for things I didn't ask for, asked for tip three separate times. Also when you order online and they don't have something they won't tell you and will still hand you the wrong food you paid extra for
