I hate to give bad reviews. I know it hurts the business .. and I WILL SAY THIS.. the staff TRIED to be decent and apologetic and the food itself was well cooked. My problem is that it took nearly an hour to get my order I had placed using the app. And the reason was New Years Eve DELIVERY ORDERS that were taking precedence over orders placed by customers that decided to venture out in the rain and get their own food. I ordered a carryout for 2 pizzas, cinnamon sticks and breads ticks. Ive now been on the phone with India or wherever for over an hour because the only thing correct was the cinnamon sticks. The food was cold and one of the pizza clearly had a few pieces of pepperoni stolen off it. Only to find out that only the store can make corrections. Stayed on hold for the store for 30 minutes without any response. So looks like my only solution is to throw this cold pizza away and go to papa John's. Even though it was very busy and couldn't get through over the phone for delivery, I got great service when I went to go get mother's order in person, I got great service.
