Second time I’ve been in here with an issue. One guy working the other watching her kids in the lobby. Food hadn’t been started by the time it was supposed to be done. Not coming here again.
Playing explicit rap loudly form the back while my young son and I wait for and order. Edit. I’ve been here for 45 minutes past the time my order was supposed to be ready. Nobody is working the counter. Second edit. Left with a refund and no sign of my order which was “ready”
This is my favorite location, in fact, a different location is actually closer to me. I'm never disappointed when I open the box, the employees are friendly and that means something in a time where customer service isn't prioritized anymore. We appreciate Andrew and his staff! Thanks for another great dinner!
