Our order was supposed to be ready at 315pm, a slow time of the day. You have this irritated employee named Jacob working here, slamming shit around, and causing a ruckus in the kitchen. The guy running the front counter was very nice, but was totally shadowed by Jacob's behavior. Poor service, I'm still waiting for an order at 333, when it was an online order placed 40 minutes earlier. We were told at 340 it was gonna be another 10 minutes. Hands down worst service ever we brought 5 kids under 9 in an it took over hour and 10 minutes to get our food and it wasn't even all brought out we. Didn't get plates until our pizza was almost gone we never got silverware our drinks were never refilled and the Wing we ordered were given to us as we were ready to leave 20 minutes later our pizza was all gone and we were ready to leave they brought them to me in a togo box will never be back won't even order online if I could give it negative stars I would.
