Service was very bad. Pizza was overcooked. Received an email at 7:40 that said my pizza was ready I arrived at 7:46 and did not receive my pizza until 8 pm. Many disgruntled customers while I was there. Looked to be very poorly managed
I order pizzas (4 large) with the apps at 1 hours 30 minutes when I arrive to take my order they told me, we cancelled your order without call me or email me, this is a big mistake, no one told sorry or anything like that Very upset
I had ordered multiple times from this location, and every single time is the same(unfortunately that’s on me) waiting 45+ minutes after the order was supposed to be completed. They put on the screen that the orders are ready when they’re not.(probably so corporate don’t find out) You can hear the music playing loudly in the back, whoever is in charge repeating the orders over and over, seems like no one what they are doing.
