I ordered my food. It didn’t come for over an hour and a half. It was for delivery and then when I called to get answers the manager, Anna or ann whatever her name is at that location canceled my order and had a nasty attitude over the phone, not pleased with the service at all
They got our order wrong. We called and got an outsourced phone service from India. Literally what? Then stayed on hold for 20 mins waiting to get service. I don’t understand at all why everything - including delivery - is outsourced at this store. What an awful, awful experience.
Got a raw pizza took it back and the worker inspected the pizza as if I was would lie about a pizza not being cooked, he offered to remake the pizza but when I asked him to remake my other items (wings and breadsticks, which I brought everything back whole to store) he said he couldn't and that only the pizza was messed up, so I explained to him that because of the error of the pizza and the trip back to the store from my home had caused everything to be cold and I hadn't even eaten a thing, so it should be common courtesy t... read more
