We ordered delivery and when the pizza arrived it was cold already. The cheese wasn’t hardened and didn’t taste fresh either.
Incredible service! This is perhaps the most amazing experience I have ever had with a restaurant (and I have eaten at the Ritz, London). I had ordered my usual, a supreme, which can be quite hit and miss at other establishments. Not here though. When I placed my order, I was treated to an incredibly polite and well mannered young woman (Isabella?) whom assisted me in tailoring the pizza around my dietary needs (if I so much as look at gluten, I will need to spend the next day in the bathroom! DO NOT ORDER IN ADVANCE. ORDEDED TWO HOURS AHEAD. WHEN I GOT THERE AT THE SCHEDULED TIME THEY SAID THEY JUST PUT IT IN. WAITED AN ADDITIONAL 25 MINUTES. THIS US THE SECOND TIME THID HAS HAPPENED. IM DONE WITH THIS LOCATION LUCKILY THERE ARE SEVERAL COMPETITORS IN THE AREA.
