Incompetent on every level couldn’t possibly care less
Ordered delivery. The order came on time but the driver left the order in a puddle on my porch but marked the order as hand delivered to the customer. It was not. Will not order again.
Good food. It's always delivered good food for a chain pizza place. Out of about 100 orders I have had only a miner amount of mix ups. 90 to 95 orders perfect. 5/100 missing a side dipping sauce or something small. 3 to 5 times maybe missing a salad. They always have correct the order by redelivery or credit. Overall a will ran quality food for a pizza hut.
I ordered lunch every Saturday for my coworkers at the hotel I worked at. The orders from Pizza Hut were always perfect and yummy. Hot, fresh, and delicious! I used the Pizza Hut app and earned free pizza and other goodies...and the cool thing is that it also allows me to add the tip to pay everything all at once...in case I was away from the front desk and someone else had to accept the food.
