Employees were very kind, even while orders were piling up and busy as could be. Will return based on the great service I received.
How is it you're allowed to charge your customers a $4.99 delivery fee, yet you don't even use your own drivers, but use DoorDash? It was originally instituted to cover your driver's operational costs and insurance. You have neither of those overheads when using DoorDash. So why are you still charging us a fee?
We ordered pan pizzas. We paid extra for pan pizzas. They were not, they were hand tossed. I called to simply get pan pizzas, the first person I spoke to was very nice. We waited 40 minutes for the order to be re-delivered. They were hand tossed. I called and the 2nd woman was extremely rude, would not even let me speak just kept saying they were pan.
