Ordered a large pizza on Monday night. 30 minutes later my wife and I were served raw pizza. We called about the issue and the lady on the phone introduced herself as the manager and said she put an $11 credit on the account. My wife who is pregnant got sick from eating the wrong pizza. Tonight we tried to order the same pizza from a different pizza hut and found out the credit was never put on the account.
The ppl was nice and respectful and the food was good
Man, this pizza is fantastic. I hadn't order Pizza Hut for a minute. I had spent years searching for good pizza, either St. Louis style pizza, New Haven style, or New York pizza. I tried Pizza Hut, because they had a commercial that made their pizza look good. I'm sure glad I did. They have a sauce that has a hint sweetness. This location "closes" early. The security door will be partially closed when you arrive. Learned this the hard way. Tried to follow up, line is consistently busy.
