I ordered my food for delivery because I am pregnant (complications) and did not want to leave home to pickup. My order time was pushed back at least twice, so I called the store. I spoke with a lady and told her I would just come pick it up because I did not want my food to be cold. She insisted my order was fresh out the oven and the driver was on the way to the store to pick it up. I didn't get my complete order and what I did get was subpar, cold and not fresh. My order was 37 minutes late. Customer service remedied the situation satisfactorily by replacing the order with a couple modifications for my inconvenience. Later I got a call from the store manager that I was NOT getting the order because they're closing so he had to cancel it out. However he agreed to have it delivered at Noon today. SOUNDS GOOD TO ME.
