The old lady with the green and gray hair she's a manager she's the worst she needs to be fired she do not need to have this job she has a bad attitude and bad customer service and they need to get rid of her she's not a good example for any employee that works there for her

Worst Pizza Hut I have ever had. Ordered delivery, both pizzas came with NO sauce. Called , manager sent 2 new pizzas.. put jalapeños all over pizza (didn’t order them) and a burnt pizza. I called back and was told they were busy and she made a mistake. Told me to call door dash for a refund. I did NOT order from door dash. Manager said she couldn’t do anything about it. Ended up with 4 pizzas that went into the trash. Most disappointing experience with Pizza Hut..

One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had while traveling. This Pizza Hut delivered the wrong pizza to my hotel after a long day on the road. When I called that night, the manager admitted the mistake and explicitly agreed to refund the cost of the pizza. Sounds reasonable, right? Wrong. The refund never happened.
