This store is a joke! Ordered online, took my payment..an hour later still no food. I call the number on the website and they tell me it’s the call center and they transfer me 3x and no answer. I call again because its been an hour and 30 mins and my food never arrived, the guy proceeds to tell me that maybe my order was on the way and I said no because I haven’t received any updates then says I could have asked them and which I did but some lady kept saying she has to transfer because that’s the call center! Ordered a large pizza with mushrooms. This is the pizza they brought. It wad so burnt I had to throw it away, and there wasnt a single mushroom. I called and the manager was extremely rude. Will never order from pizza hut again. Terrible pizza and even worse customer service.

I ordered 1 pizza today. Said it would be 15 minutes. I got their 25 minutes later and had to wait 5 minutes. Pizza was under cooked and doughie, so I had to cook it more when I got home. Staff was too busy talking to customers than doing there job. Order from the other pizza huts in the areas.
