The pizza was not that great- it was ok but the customer service was stellar! I took the time to leave this review because the 2 male employees that completed my order were memorable, professional and left a great impression! Especially the older male employee! I appreciate professionalism and excellent service! People work hard and excellent work needs to be praised! Thank you!
Michael, Andrea, and Brendan took great care of me after a third party delivery service got lost even after me giving him additional directions and cancelled my family's order. Thanks, y'all!
When addressing my issues with my delivery the Shift lead hung up on my face stating she doesn’t do refunds. Poor customer service.
Below is a copy of the email I sent to the email address given on other reviews. I placed my order at 6:31 PM June 1, 2025. It is 8:55 PM, and my order has not been delivered. Doordash was supposed to deliver the order. At 7:32, they noted my order was cancelled. I called the store, and it took 2 calls before someone answered.
