When addressing my issues with my delivery the Shift lead hung up on my face stating she doesn’t do refunds. Poor customer service.
Below is a copy of the email I sent to the email address given on other reviews. I placed my order at 6:31 PM June 1, 2025. It is 8:55 PM, and my order has not been delivered. Doordash was supposed to deliver the order. At 7:32, they noted my order was cancelled. I called the store, and it took 2 calls before someone answered. Price online and in the store was $8.00 cheaper that what I was charged. Bait and switch. When confronted, they told me to contact Pizza Hut. I did, and have not been contacted back. IF you decide to order from this PH, check your receipt before you pay. UPDATE: Pizza Hut sent me a nice concerned reply that a member of the management team will get back to me in 3 day. Nothing yet after 2 weeks. But there reply makes it looks good on the review.
