Order was 1 hour and 23 mins late from initial time of arrival . I called location and representative knew me by first name when I stated I have a order that was supposed to have arrived at 4:23 she then told me that she remade my order because it had been sitting for 20 minutes and they’re waiting for DoorDash agitator to send someone to pick up the order and they were on the way because Pizza Hut at this location does not get drivers until after five when I called it was after 5 o’clock. Food is thrown together most of the time. Below are ‘saucy’ sweet chili wings. Barely any sauce even at the bottom. It’s been times when the cheese stick aren’t cut and at least two of sticks are just bread or with a sprinkle of cheese.

I should have read reviews before placing an app order at this location... I ordered a carry-out to be ready for a specific time. I gave this location about an hour-and-a-half lead time for my order. I sent my daughter to pick it up when it was scheduled, and she arrived to find a few people waiting and no one at the counter. After being incredibly patient for about 10 minutes, she spoke up to let the people in the back know that she was waiting on a scheduled carry-out order. They responded that it was "in the oven".
