For the past several months, the online ordering site does not work. I lost all my points when they switched to log in phone number only and I had to make new account with my new number. I log in make my order go through the steps use my rewards and go to check out and it doesn’t let me place order. Anytime you order over the phone they don’t let you use online points and the order you place doesn’t give you your points over the phone. So I simply stopped ordering. They messed up our pizza we got two large and 1 cost literally twice as much as the other one and it only had 3 toppings with meat lvr, onions, and olives. The other one was just pepperoni and cheese. Some girl named Morrisa was rude that works there

Pizzas are always undercooked and doughy. I’m not sure what the issue is with the cooking but needs to be figured out.
