The worst customer service ever. Received a phone call from the store saying the driver couldn't locate my house. I walked outside..... No driver in sight.... Called the store twice and was transferred to the manager who said the driver called me 3 times and then hear her ask the driver who is still on the road aka next to her and also told they don't deliver to my address which is half mile from the store and they have delivered to before. Bad customer service. When trying to order it takes 15 minutes for them to answer the phone. Then its a call center. When they send you to the location you wait another 15 minutes before they answer. Then the guy answers the phone and acts like h e cant hear you and hangs up the phone. Pizza Hut has really went downhill. No wonder everyone has switched to Domino's. I will not call again.
The food is always cooked perfectly to order and Ken runs a good tight ship! One of the best!
Did an online order for 2 pepperonis, one hand tossed and the other tavern crust, wanted to change the Taven style to a white sauce and grilled chicken. Made the call and they changed it up no problems! Always prompt and always great. On top of that, this location has a 99.5 sanitation rating which is normal for them and makes you feel good slamming the pie!! Our Pizza is always Phenomenal! Staff & especially Manager 100% asks us to check the pizza to make sure we are satisfied before we pay and ask if they can do anything for us! We Highly recommend this location!!!!!
