Terrible customer service
They outsource their delivery through DoorDash. Not an issue. But food was stolen. Pizza Hut says refund comes from DoorDash. Doordash couldnt find my order because the order went purely through pizza hut's website. Doordash offers to call the restaurant for a reorder. Restaurant doesnt answer after SEVEN (the poor doordash rep counted) different times that they called. Wife calls to inquire about refund or status, with an extremely CALM and COLLECTED voice (compared to me) and they HUNG UP on her. TWICE?!?! Like, imagine be... read more
We tried to order through Doordash at 7:46 p.m. Our order was an hour late at 9:18 p.m. I tried calling in to this location to figure out what was going on, but they kept sending me to the Pizza Hut call center, which kept sending me back to the location. Infinite loop of BS. I even got hung up on at one point. We never got our order. Fortunately, Doordash fully refunded us. Don't order from here.
For a place that was absolutely slammed, the food came out quick and it was good.
