Thank you very much Pizza Hut for your wonderful customer service. I normally order delivery but I was out running errands and happened to place a pick up order. When I arrived at the Pizza Hut on 21st and I was greeted with most heartfelt welcome. I believe your employees name was melody, who took care of me. Asked me if I need napkins and or paper plates and peppers. What a wonderful convenience to offer your customers. I will definitely return to this location Based on her customer service alone! Recently ordered a few pizza’s and had it delivered by Melody. She is really nice & very friendly. Her customer service is amazing. Delivery was quick and when I received my pizza’s they were still hot and fresh. There should be more people like her in delivery service. Will definitely order again and mentioned her name to be my delivery person
I went there the other day, and the person who helped me was Zenilah. She was very nice when attending me and kept a smile on her face. Very great worker.
I love going to this location! They have some of the best workers. Zenilah is great cook, she always is kind and she makes the best pizzas.
