This is the slowest Pizza Hut I’ve ever been to. The management must be terrible. Been stuck in the drive through for 30 minutes and have yet to make it to the window. Once I made it to the window my pizza still isn’t ready even though it said it would be at 6:38 and it’s now 7:12. Also they’re out of one of the ingredients I ordered, bacon. Waited in the lobby 40 minutes for pizzas that were already made and in the warmer.
Cancel orders without even letting anyone know. They “ran out” of certain things and cancelled our order. Never called, emailed or anything. Waited 2 hours for food that was never coming. This is the second time this has happened. Won’t be back. Terrible service. I hope you go out of business.
