I ordered delivery, spent $34+tip, and our order was wrong. I told the delivery guy there was no marinara and he just threw up his hands and said, "I didn't make it." No I'm sorry, nothing. Then, I look and see our bread sticks were plain! Nothing on them at all. Why box it if it's not ready?! The whole reason I ordered was mainly for the bread sticks. Pizza was good. Cinnamon sticks were a bit done. I tried calling and nobody answered the phone. Would love to be refunded for the bread sticks. Awful.
20 orders - within 20 orders I have gotten all my food on time and correct 4 times. I hate this location, but I wanted a smaller pizza meal as Pizza Hut offers the personal pans. I got soggy fries, the pizza was ok but like normal, they forget something. Had $60 order left two items out of order, pasta was incorrect, hand tossed pizza way overcooked and hard. Pan was under cooked and doughy. Horrible experience all together. Nothing was right. Refused refund by manager only able to credit account
Good pizza, attentive employees usually. The last two times I was in I had to get the attention of someone. It was nothing major, and the food being prepared just like we ordered overshadows that.
So tonight I went in ready to pick up my phone and I walked in it was employees cussing each other out it sounded like it was getting over heated one man walked out saying he’s going to call people to come her I felt very unsafe in here . But the young lady that came to the front and help me get my order out and made sure it was hot and fresh when they was going out it in the back I can tell she was stressed she was trying to calm them down and keep us happy in the front .While the chaos was going on
