This Pizza Hut is consistently the worst one in central VA. I usually keep complaints to myself but the Colonial Heights store just keeps out doing themselves with poorer and poorer service so here I am. Tonight we ordered our typical meal at 540pm with an approximate delivery of 610-615pm. 645 rolls around and nothing (this location needs a looooong leash for delivery. Waited in drive thru for over an hour, food was paid for online, got cursed at by all the staff including the manager, didn't give me all my order had to go back just to be talked to like I was trash. Spent 100.00 on pizza. The food was great the service and hospitality was very poor and unsatisfactory. Needless to say I will not go back to this location. Food was great service was not. Had to call twice. The first time they answered and I all I heard was cussing about other employees. The second time I called placed order, went to pick up my food and the employee at the window seem.to have a nasty attitude. Will not go back to this pizza hut

Order 3 personal pans one had a long piece of hair couldn’t get a refund only a credit to there Pizza Hut only
