I went today for pickup and I want to say whoever is working kitchen hooked it up because this is how Pizza Hut is supposed to taste like. I haven’t it had it like this in a minute or maybe ever. The cheese on the pan pizza is how it’s supposed to be and not lacking. There is seasoning on the chicken Alfredo pasta that smells absolutely fire like I haven’t had before from a Pizza Hut. I've had good service here before but today was incredibly disappointing. Food delivered almost 50 minutes past estimate and not even warm. A doordasher didn't have the order until after I called the store to ask about my order just to be told it was just sitting there and waiting for a doordasher. 2 wings were missing and since my order didn't have the tape on the boxes to keep them shut and the sauce was coming out the box the idea they were taken by the delivery driver crossed my mind... If you like all dough, a spoonful of sauce and almost no cheese on your pizza this is your place. If you want actual pizza that has cheese and sauce and doesn't taste like totinos bagel bites go elsewhere.
Pizza is flimsy. Cheese sticks are ice cold. Went in to pick up my order I placed online and didn’t get acknowledged for at least 5 minutes. Get better staff. Someone who actually wants to do their job.
