As a bystander, I would like to bring something to the forefront that I was very displeased to witness. Just to be clear I was in the background witnessing this entire situation. To confirm the above statement, my ticket number was 0035 entered by Jessica 038493 on 6/08/26 at 4:26 PM. Place a order online was sent a message order was ready went to pick it up young lady told me 5 min..went to another store got food came back and they hadn't even put in the oven. Finally got my food and it wasn't cooked all the way cheese barley melted..had to place back in the oven a 15 min order took almost 1hr no apologies nothing...haven't been to this location over a 1yr and it will probably be another never. Pizza hut use to be the go to place but not any more

Paid for order in full online but when picking up was charged an extra $16. Was missing an order of breadsticks. When I called the manager was very rude and unapologetic. I would not recommend this place. The food wasnt even very good.
