We ordered our food didn’t get half our order pizza was cold after waiting 1hr 45 minutes. We call the call center transfer us to the store in Fairborn and keep getting hung up on after someone answered the phone and they’ll get a manager! Just a terrible experience I know they don’t care we spend 70 dollars on pizza and want to give us terrible food and not help get us new food
Got the complete wrong order for pickup. Called and said I had could have a refund but would have to call and speak to Carl or Craig the next day. I called and spoke to Carl and he stated I couldn’t get a refund. Highly disappointed. Food was not fresh and customer service was terrible. Distract manager is supposed to contact, now I’m just out $30. Been months and still haven't heard from anyone about this.
The pizza and breadsticks were cold and dry. I went to go pick up my mini personal pan pizzas and I asked for double pepperoni. When I got home I opened the box up and it was clearly not double pepperoni and they charged me the price of double pepperoni. Never will I visit this location again. Sadly, the place looked severely understaffed. They make you pick up your order at the window and you can't walk in to the storefront.
