Ordered Jan and cheese sandwiches that arrived with no sauce, no lettuce tomato. Just plain dry bread with meat and cheese. Ridiculous!
Horrible customer service. Poor management. Frequent deliveries past 90 minutes. Don’t complain, they’ll throw a fit. It’s perfectly ok if they first talk down and insult you, but not if you insult them back. Not a normal public business. I was a frequent customer for 3 years. Never calling that place again. Needs new management.
If you like being repeatedly insulted by staff for complaining about a non delivery, and several past non deliveries, refusing to refund your order, call this store. You’ll be in for a treat. If they insult you, and you insult them back, they’ll play victim. The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in BA. In the past had to already file several other complaints. You all lost a customer and however many people read this.
