They don't use any gloves or spoons for the making of pizza... I saw how my pizza was made with bare hands, the person just grabbed the pineapple with their bare hand and spread it on the pizza... please have your employees use some kind of food safety precautions. Thanks
Attempted to scam me for a second payment upon pickup. Handed me MY food and MY Receipt, and then tried telling me I needed to pay. Had him double check the name and he had it correct and still insisted I needed to pay. Showed him the online payment and after a few awkward moments and me telling him I’d walk away, not pay again, and do a charge back through the bank he miraculously found my order WAS paid for.
Normally it's an hour plus to get my pizzas delivered and they're typically luke warm. However today was a different story. I don't know what has changed but today was amazing. I ordered through the app and had piping hot pizza, pasta and wings at my door within 30min. This was phenomenal. Plus my delivery driver was very polite and had a huge smile. It's the little things that count! Keep up the good work, the crew tonight needs a raise!
