Had a meat lovers and cheese delivered. Even though delivery time was only about 10 minutes the pizza crust was stale. Not a 1 because I still ate the pizza
I recently visited Pizza Hut to pick up an online carry-out order, and I was thoroughly impressed with the service I received. Upon arrival, I discovered that one of the boxes in my order was incorrect. The staff immediately apologized for the mistake and took the time to verify my correct order. They promptly remade the pizza and even allowed us to keep the incorrect one.
