Had a meat lovers and cheese delivered. Even though delivery time was only about 10 minutes the pizza crust was stale. Not a 1 because I still ate the pizza
I recently visited Pizza Hut to pick up an online carry-out order, and I was thoroughly impressed with the service I received. Upon arrival, I discovered that one of the boxes in my order was incorrect. The staff immediately apologized for the mistake and took the time to verify my correct order. They promptly remade the pizza and even allowed us to keep the incorrect one. Avoid this pizza place, go buy a frozen one from the grocery store, it will be better. Ordered the cheesy bites pizza, and a pepperoni lovers melt. Both arrived overcooked, not fresh and nearly inedible. Called the location and had it remade. It was only marginally better, still overcooked to the point that all the cheese was melted out of the cheesy bites part, hardly any sauce on the pizza. The only upside was that the wings we ordered were good.
