Look, I love me some Pizza Hut. But it is a franchise, so some locations are better than others. Unfortunately, this is not one of the better ones. Sometimes the food is good, other times less so. But the major issues are with service - orders that arrive incorrect, late, both, or sometimes not at all. Recently, it's been like flipping a coin to see if there's a problem with our order. If I could rate this place a zero I would. Anytime I come here for door dash. It’s always late, a your order will be ready in a few minutes is actually a 20 min wait. Any other pizza place like papa John’s or Marcos is on it. In and out. Quickly. This place every single time the wait is forever. Management needs to get it together.
