Ordered online which I always do and have had no issues until today. I gave clear directions and instructions and I never received it, then trying to call in you get stuck in the push this number loop.Â
Cares more for profits than food safety, and not a single ingredient is fresh. Everything comes from plastic bags shipped across the world just to be soggy on your pizza. Upper management is purposefully skeleton crewing the store to make more money by limiting hours (to 140 a week total!)Â
Staff are top notch and Pizza Quality is spot on.Â
Absolutely a go-to for pizza night! YUM! However, the current customer service rep via phone call is super UNHELPFUL! Couldn’t tell us how to make a change to our order, kept transferring us to the same person who also didn’t know anything. Pretty sure it was just the same person using a different name lol so weird. Then started just hanging up on me when I’d call back.. so rude!!Â
