We ordered dinner and the wrong food was delivered, we reordered it, they remade it, and delivered the SAME wrong order AGAIN. Nobody at this store knew how to process a refund, could not get the store manager on the phone. I was told by glenn that I should take time off of my job, to come in and get my refund in person, the next day, when I work a full time job. If I could leave less than 1 stars I would be doing so, never ordering from here again.
Won’t honor advertised prices. Spoke with multiple levels of management with no offer to honor price offered. I remember why I stopped shopping at the Ellensburg Pizza Hut. Go anywhere else but here!! Horrible service, very short/and rude.
