I don’t eat pizza often and I decided to stop by this location (I’ve never visited) to simply grab a bite. I was greeted immediately by Xyain and I gave my order and asked if there were any discounts or specials for a walk-in. She discovered there was one and inquired if I needed help with anything else on the menu. Xyain has such a wonderful and charismatic personality. This Pizza Hut does a good job at consistency and the employees are always nice.
I placed an order online for a pickup at this location. After being informed that my order would be ready in 25 minutes, I arrived at the location 30 minutes later. The location had a full lobby of DoorDash drivers and customers waiting. After standing there for 20 minutes and no employees coming to the counter, the customers started to inquire what was going on. We were told that they didn’t know who the orders belonged too.
