Slow service, mediocre pizza. This is not the pizza or the ingredients I remember being used for my childhood. Nothing about this experience makes me want to return to another location in the near future or ever. The wait time was very long with their $2 personal pan pizza deal (upwards of an hour). The system and staff were telling the incorrect time for the order to be ready. The is certainly not worth standing in line for lengthy periods of time even though it is $2. My husband and I ordered a large supreme pizza last night. Whoever made it did it with so much love. It tasted amazing! like Pizza Hut pizza did back in the day when it was always good the ingredients were fresh and flavorful! My husband and I agreed it was cooked to perfection the crust and everything, thank you!

I've never in my life received such poor customer service. The manger on shift around 1pm was disgustingly rude and nasty. Terrible customer service. Extremely unprofessional. No phone etiquette at all. Dismissive and did nothing but cut me off before ending the call. They have stolen my money. Said my order was ready for pick up when i arrived i was told it was a 2 hr wait. If i didnt wait they stated they would refund the next day. Called for refund. They refused. said they dnt do them.
