I filled out a post-order survey when they sent it. In the survey, I simply mentioned that the pizza I got wasn’t my favorite. They reached out and gave me a credit of the amount of the pizza that wasn’t my favorite. And to be clear - it was good pizza still. But with the credit, I got to place an order for other pizza. Which was my favorite. Good work, Pizza Hut. Thanks for the great customer service and delicious personal pan pizzas!
Brooke is an amazing manager. She is always there and on top of that. The food is always great. I drive an extra 15 minutes just to enjoy MacFarlands pizza compared to other Pizza Hut. They have fresh dough and great service.
