Placed an order online on the app and I forgot to add ranch cup so I called this store’s number hoping to see if I could get some kind of adjustment made. Literally just sat on hold for over 15 minutes. My DoorDash driver even made it a point to tell me to just go ahead and hang up because she could tell they were not answering the phone as it was just ringing inside the store while she was there. Terrible service, I understand being busy, but to just straight up Ignore your customers calling, is ridiculous.
Food was great. Placed order online was told it would be ready, but was 10 minutes late.
