We ordered a large 3 topping pizza. There was hardly any sauce on the pizza, no flavor and the crust was hard and dry. Half the toppings were left off. I called to let them know and their response was sarcastic and rude. I called back to speak to the "manager on duty" after being on hold for almost 10mins. I was waited on by Jaycee. He was like a breath of fresh air. He was extremely kind, courteous and helpful to everyone and not just a select few. I was amazed how quickly he acknowledged each person that entered the restaurant and addressed every person even if he had to tell them their order wasn't ready yet. Hearing him talk to the customers was amazing.
