Super busy but employees were working hard to get orders out. Friendly. Pizzas were really fresh and good!
When to get my Pizza, they told me be ready at 6:30. I had to wait another 30 minutes. Which completely screwed up all my scheduling.
Staff is doing the best they can, but apparently management won’t allow them to fix their oven until “first quarter”, so they’re operating at half capacity and wait times are ungodly long. It’s a crime. Waited 40-60 minutes past the website’s indicated time repeatedly.
The food is never ready on time. Unless its the only order on the roster. Continue to blame themselves for being down one oven. The lobby is overflowing with people waiting way past there order times. Please fix your oven. It's been months and I know to avoid Friday and Saturday. Unless you plan on waiting 30 minutes extra. maybe longer. staff is amazing. food is amazing. but timing has been off for several months.
