I used to enjoy visiting the Pizza Hut location primarily because of Ms.Raquel. She consistently prepared the pizzas perfectly and was always kind and helpful. However, during my recent visit to this Pizza Hut, I noticed that there are new workers who are not doing a good job with the pizza preparation. I miss the excellent service provided by Ms.Raquel.

They should fire everyone in this location. Again I stress that. I made the mistake of going here. Have not been in forever. Same results. Thin pizza with no sauce hardly, especially at the crust. Hardly any cheese. I wish Domino's would come back 😢

I give up. The Powhatan Pizza Hut consistently get my orders wrong, even though the orders are placed online and usually consist of just one pizza with one or two toppings. Today, as I was leaving the shop with my pizza, I saw a woman walking across the parking lot with a pizza in her hand heading back toward the shop. She asked me if I had checked my pizza.
