Ordered online. Was called and they stated they had no more cheesestick dough. I asked for regular breadsticks. They said they could do that. It was 8 pm. Pizza was not made correctly, too much sauce when light sauce was requested. Bought wings with parmasean garlic. No sauce, it was just chicken nugget lookalike. I will not order from this location again. I had my mouth set for the "PIZZA HUT" experience and I was highly diappointed!
I placed a takeout order. The pizza was absolutely disgusting. Most was thrown away. It was sloppy, stunk, not cooked enough and had no flavor. I made a complaint on their website as directed, but no one responded. Terrible customer service as well.
If my ailment turns out to be something different I'll delete this. People like to use the term food poisoning a lot to refer to bad belly aches. For the first time in my life I've been up all night dealing with true food poisoning. Severe diarrhea and vomiting with intense cold sweats like I've never felt in my life. Absolutely miserable. These symptoms started 3 to 4 hours after I ate. Was a shared meal with my partner aside from wings and jalapeños.
