The store manager Derrick was awesome. He always has a positive attitude and makes all customers feel welcome. The lobby was full but we all were calling each other family and trying to help him with customers who were steady coming in the door. Upper management should be ashamed of themselves for only having one person working the busiest time of the day especially on $2 pan pizza day. I was in there for 15 mins while the guy in the back kept coming to the front, was on his phone and I kept hollering at him basically saying hello, JUST TO PICK UP AN ORDER that had been done for about 20 mins
