Ordered a pizza that ended up being 45 minutes late from the original delivery ETA. Website never updated ETA, and we never got an apology from the driver or an explanation as to what happened. I have no clue if this was a website error or a management error or what, but that pizza was most certainly NOT worth the wait or the price. There needs to be better communication to the customer about what is going on and when their food will actually arrive.
