Placed an order for a double order of breadsticks, but was given a single order and didn't realize until I got home. Also, drove up to the pickup window and waiting for 10 minutes, ringing the bell for service until someone happened to walk by and see me. He had air pods in so he clearly wasn't listening out for the pickup bell.
I ordered a large stuffed crust meat lovers with olives and mushrooms added. Had to go back to let them know that the mushrooms or olives weren’t added, but the gentleman immediately told me he was going to put a new one in and apologized for the minor mistake. I’m very glad that they made it right immediately
