Great customer service experience from Kanada today. There was a mistake with my order, but she identified and remedied it straight away. Mistakes happen, but when they are handled in a polite and courteous manner it leads to a positive experience overall.

Mrs. Kanada was extremely pleasant & welcoming. The food was hot, fresh & delicious. If you like good customer service then this is the location to use. She did something I haven’t seen Pizza Hut employees do in idk how many years. She opened up everything to present it to me for double checking the order. Thank you for such a great experience here!! I’m glad I ordered a 2nd meal that I’m saving for later!! I ate the other pizza while it was hot then remembered I didn’t take a picture… 🫠🫠 It was that tasty!!
