Stopped in rather early (approx: 10:15a) for a personal pan pizza this morning @ the St. Mtn location on Memorial Dr. As I walked in I could barely see someone working in back from a distance….upon seeing me, Sabrina greeted me with a warm smile & accommodating disposition. If I could give 0 stars I would my experience with ordering my food went smooth because I ordered on the Pizza Hut app BUT when I waited 2 hours for 3 medium 1 topping pizzas and 2 two liters to be delivered to me and I only live 15 minutes away was crazy not only did I wait longer than my expected wait time but when the food got to me the didn’t give the delivery driver my sodas and my pizzas were messed up and warm not hot but warm, I ordered light sauce and extra sauce were placed on the pizzas on top of 2 of the pizzas h... read more
I purchase the 2 or more for $7 deal. The medium pizza was so dry barely any pepperoni and hard. A cheese that was not at all cheesy. It seem more like a season bread than cheesy bread. The melt was but the other 2 items was so terrible. The customer service there was so far below average. This is a terrible pizza hut and I will never order from here again even tho this is the one closest to my house
