We live very close to Mr. Gattis and I wanted to try something different. Now I really wish I had just gone to Gattis. This pizza really lacks flavor, and I asked for lightly crispy and this pizza is just a complete doughy mess. I would love for someone at Pizza Hut to point out where I find any crispy because as far as I can tell, it's non-existent. And man, no wonder it lacks flavor, they sure are skimpy on the toppings. These poor people at this Pizza Hut don't even try. How sad. See ya, bye.

Terrible experience. Between the driver, staff answering calls, and the manager, you will find yourselves with missing food and little to no action to correct issues. Wish I could get the tip refunded as this team does not deserve it. The manager completely accepts multiple mistakes and places the burden on the customer to resolve or request remedies.
