I ordered a pizza and it way too much cheese on the pizza. We complained to them about it and they didn’t give us store credit.

Waited 20+ minutes past scheduled pickup time to get order. While waiting, person attempted to get an order refunded & employee was either unable to do it or just unwilling to do so & walked away to the back in a fuss. Once I got the pizza home, it wasn't fully cut & basically had to tear the slices apart. Not worth it, even with the carryout promo added.

Placed an order on the Pizza Hut website for delivery. My order was for a large stuffed crust pizza and 16 wings deal. I received a call from a door dash delivery driver advising me that they didn’t have the wings. I tried calling the store to cancel my order as if I would have been advised they didn’t not have wings, I would have cancelled the order. Pizza Hut told the driver to deliver the pizza anyways. Ordered online at 11:32 am, 2.5 hours later I’m still waiting, no call, no email, no update…I call the store and was told, “we are out of dough and only one oven working and we can’t make your order so it’s canceled”. I asked why no one called, she said, “you should have got an email it was canceled”. While on the phone with her I checked my email and no update was sent, she said, “this isn’t even my store, I don’t know, an email should have been sent to you”.
