Ordered food at 9:30pm on a Saturday when their posted hours say they’re open til 11:30 on weekends. Pulled up at 9:45 to see there’s no one there and they’re closed. Still accepted the order and money though. No explanation.
Worst experience of my life, BEWARE, they leave online orders open and accept payment meanwhile the location is closed, you drive up to pick up your order because the system says it’s ready but the door is locked and the phones turned off, the online customer service can’t help you.
DONT NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!!! THIS LOCATION IS CLOSED DOWN!!!!! NOT GOING TO REOPEN. BUTTTT they will still take your order and let you pay for it. I have paid for pizza that I will not get and can't each a manager since the place is out of business. I have called customer service, which is in a Foreign country and the people don't understand what you are asking or telling them. I tried to talk to a manager threw customer service for over an hour. Ridiculous!
I ordered a pizza and it way too much cheese on the pizza. We complained to them about it and they didn’t give us store credit.
Waited 20+ minutes past scheduled pickup time to get order. While waiting, person attempted to get an order refunded & employee was either unable to do it or just unwilling to do so & walked away to the back in a fuss. Once I got the pizza home, it wasn't fully cut & basically had to tear the slices apart. Not worth it, even with the carryout promo added.
