Tried ordering through the app, but it says they are closed. The posted reopening time on the app says 10:30am....it is now nearly 5pm!Â
My pizza was missing toppings, and made incorrectly!Â
Ordered food at 9:30pm on a Saturday when their posted hours say they’re open til 11:30 on weekends. Pulled up at 9:45 to see there’s no one there and they’re closed. Still accepted the order and money though. No explanation.Â
Worst experience of my life, BEWARE, they leave online orders open and accept payment meanwhile the location is closed, you drive up to pick up your order because the system says it’s ready but the door is locked and the phones turned off, the online customer service can’t help you.Â
DONT NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!!! THIS LOCATION IS CLOSED DOWN!!!!! NOT GOING TO REOPEN. BUTTTT they will still take your order and let you pay for it. I have paid for pizza that I will not get and can't each a manager since the place is out of business. I have called customer service, which is in a Foreign country and the people don't understand what you are asking or telling them. I tried to talk to a manager threw customer service for over an hour. Ridiculous!Â
