New York pizza crust was lacking. Service was great.
I really don’t understand all the negative reviews. I’ve been ordering from here pretty consistently the past 3 years and they never disappoint. Food always arrives cooked and piping hot. I’ve also done many pick up orders that went without issue.
I used the app to place an order ahead at 9:14 a.m., before the store opened. The only option was to schedule ahead, which is what I wanted. I scheduled it for 12:00. I got an email confirmation confirming the 12:00 schedule. I received a text that the delivery was on its way at 9:42, I immediately sent a text to the driver saying it wasn’t supposed to be delivered until noon, but it was delivered anyway at 9:56, two hours ahead of schedule.
