The staff is careless here I had a pickup order at this location and the staff just told that the order was cancelled just because they are short on staff
Arrived at my set time for carry out. The new GM, Amber, greeted me. Checked on pizza, apologized for the delay as they were busier than expected. She offered a dessert for the delay. I worked in service industry for many years totally understand. She was great then brought my order to me in car. Definitely will be back.
Everything was fresh and delicious
The person taking the order was combative when I was placing my order. First thing I say is two pizzas both hand tossed. Then the guy asked me what crust and I said I told you, hand tossed. Well, with an attitude he replied back "You never said that." Worse customer service.
