It seemed like this place was running behind and the main thing I thought that needs to be improved is the very tiny waiting area in the front, there is barely enough room to stand if there is a line. You guys should definitely invest in increasing the waiting area

Horrible experience. Took 55 minutes to receive my order. I had to call the restaurant 6 times until someone picked up, and they just said "it is on the way". I chatted with someone in customer service on friday (4 days ago) and they said that someone would reach out. Well - here we are 4 days later and no one has contacted me about my experience. The worst service, and no follow-up to make it right. Horrible service and will not order pizza hut again. If I were you, I would avoid this location at all costs.
