Ignore the haters. Pizza Hut is the best bang for your buck in Owatonna in 2025. Great pizza and the employees here are always friendly and prompt.
People will always complain, but I can honestly say I've never had a bad experience here! The pizza is amazing, always fresh and hot. Employees are friendly, and there's always great deals to be found. The new-ish manager Brad is awesome. Super friendly, helpful, and works very hard to make sure this Pizza Hut succeeds. Definitely 5 stars from me!
Good thing there are other pizza options in this town. Closing at 9pm on a weekend? Maybe you should just be open in the evening if you don't have enough staff. And stay open later on weekends. Update. The new management does not seem to improve anything. The service is fair. Friendly staff. I paid for an item months ago, never got it, asked to put a credit on my account. No credit. I will go elsewhere.
I normally live pizza hut but this is ridiculous the pizza was absolutely soaked in grease and the wings dint even have any sauce at all wish I could post a pict ick
