Do you still make the original pan crust? I ordered it, paid additional money and the crust on this pizza is not that. The Pan Crust is the only reason I was still purchasing Pizza Hut pizzas.
Shelby was super great, fast, and had excellent customer service! I can tell she likes her job and that makes the customer experience great
Walked in with a few of my friends for a pizza, and I believe Shelby, the General Manager, was at the counter. She was very kind and and executed the transaction flawlessly!! The pizza came out super fast and smelled and tasted AMAZING!! also, her earrings were the cutest Shelby you made my night! You were seriously the sweetest as well as the other girl working as well (sorry i didnt catch her name))
We ordered two large pizzas and it said it was a 45 minute wait to pickup, I was fine with that. When I got there I waited ANOTHER 40 minutes and then they said they only made one of my pizzas and it'd be another 10 minutes to get the other done. I cancelled my order and left. There were at least 4 other people who also cancelled their orders because they weren't ready. Absolutely terrible service, will not order again.
