The only reason I come here is because it’s the only Pizza Hut near me but the service sucks. Nothing is ever ready on time. You wait 5 minutes for someone to help you. If they tell you it’s gonna be 5 more minutes, it’ll be 15. Never come here if you don’t have too.
I ordered a pizza on Memorial Day. The estimated wait time was 35 mins, which was kind of surprising, but not a problem. I arrived at the store to pick up my pizza and realized how busy they were. My order ended up taking about 45 mins, also not a problem as I work in the food industry and can understand. The manager was very nice and made it a point to take care of us even though they were extremely busy.
No one or pizzas the hut.
Placed an order for a party the day before we needed the pizza, day of the event when it was an hour and a half late and no pizza had arrived I tried calling to see what was up and they hung up on my three times. When I finally got through they told me they had no idea where the delivery driver was and that they never showed up, that they had other orders and didn’t really know what to tell me.
