There has only been one time where I was slightly dissatisfied with this Pizza Hut. It was on a Friday, and the pizza I picked up wasnt what I ordered. But, when I called to tell them, the woman on the phone was very nice and apologetic. She offered me a free pizza the next time I ordered because of their mistake. In their defense, they are one of the busiest Pizza Huts on Omaha, so if you wait until you're starving to order pizza on a Friday night, be prepared to sometimes wait an hour and a half for your pizza to be delive... read more
