Very dissatisfied with this location. I came in around 7:30 to grab an order as a DoorDasher. A lady had to unlock the door to let me in even though the location is open. I was not welcomed but asked whom I was picking up for. I expressed who I was picking up for. She very rudely stated I needed to confirm the order. I stated I will do that but have to verify the order and take a picture of the receipt before it will allow me to confirm the order. Tasted like dominoes I'll never go to that pizza again I usually go to the one on Maple Street the 7th Street make it a Domino's your pizza is that and how it could be so different from every other Pizza Hut 0 I will never ever ever ever ever go back to the Pacific Street and everybody I know I'll tell him don't go to Pacific Street

I am writing to formally address a serious and repeated issue I have experienced with your location. My most recent pizza delivery contained multiple hairs baked directly into the food not just resting on top, but clearly embedded during preparation. This is a fundamental violation of food safety standards. When I called to report the contamination, I was told to bring the pizza back to the store myself. I'm done with this store. In the past they double charged me and it was a hell of a time trying to get a refund, which I never received. Gave them another go. After an hour and half wait on an online delivery order this is what shows up to my door along with wings and no drink that I ordered. Driver says he'll be back with it so we will see if they rob me yet again. Never ordering from this place ever again.
