Ordered a stuffed crust pizza and got plain crust. Really the only reason I order from Pizza Hut is the stuffed crust. Then tried to call the store and was put on hold for 20 minutes then hung up on. Really disappointed on the store not trying to make it right.

I am a DoorDash driver and I went to this Pizza Hut and had two orders, I asked for a pizza bag from DoorDash and was told they are out funny thing is they have a whole box full of them on the other side of the counter.

For starters, I’ve NEVER had a correct order from this location. Second, if you try to call the store they do not stay on the phone to resolve the problem, they either hang up or redirect you. Also the delivery is slow. I recommend choosing another location or a completely different pizza place.

We ordered a super supreme pizza with pan crust and this is what we received. I called the store and got hung up on. I do not recommend ordering from this location at 15225 W 151st St. We should get a refund.
