Place a call in order at 9 pm and it was never delivered. I call again at 11pm and the clerk lied and said it was on the way. Never call this place for food they do terrible business.

I ordered 2 large pizzas and ordered light marinara sauce. It was so much sauce on the pizzas they were soggy. A very small section had a lot of salt shaken on it. Also, the marinara a sauce was sweet. Pizza is not a dessert. I threw away 2 slices and gave the rest away. I emailed customer service. They asked what kind of pizza did I order? That was 2 weeks ago. I have not heard from them since. I will never go to that location again. Generally, my pizza is perfect, but I go to a different location.

Everyone was rude i asked one question about my ranch wher was it located and the guy at the window swear he checked it was Olin the box. Which it was in the box. Then i make it all the way home and see they didn’t give me my cookie plate so had to drive all the way back to Pizza Hut just for them to tell me they sold out. Smh nobody called me or anything. I love the food from Pizza Hut and no one can out do the Hut! But the lack of professionalism from an upper management at this location is very horrible and rude and unprofessional and unacceptable. We were supposed to get a refund of $61 dollars but he still never refunded us. Once we contacted home office they said they processed with the refund and well it’s been a week and still nothing.
