The app doesn’t allow you to ask for wings to be cooked extra. So I called and she told me it’s already the bag waiting for the delivery, simply said “I’m sorry I called you guys earlier, can I get them cooked longer” the reply I got was “we can’t do that” I replied “okay sorry is there-“ I was cut off with a reply “well you knew what you ordered” before I could say anything she I’m assuming hung up. An employee went to the bathroom and I know wash before leaving the bathroom but he also should wash his hands before handling the food and he did not so that he went directly to touching the food and without gloves
Everything about this place is one star. Just saw on the news that the employee who cursed me out last time I was here got attacked by a customer. Im not surprised. He immediately got sideways and cursed at me when I requested a refund for an order they messed up.
